Public parking is available in The Lincoln Center lot at the corner of Mulberry and Meldrum as well as the Mulberry Pool lot just west of The Lincoln Center. Please note the signage around venue that has either 2-hour parking or NO PARKING to avoid your vehicle getting towed or getting a ticket. There is ample parking spaces within a two-block walking radius of The Lincoln Center.

Description
The Northern Colorado Home Builders Association’s Housing Summit - “Navigating the New Normal.” This event will provide an overview of market conditions as the economy struggles with the highest pace of inflation in four decades. The Federal Reserve is tightening monetary policy. How far will it go and what does this mean for economic growth, recession risk and interest rates? This event will explore macroeconomic factors affecting housing demand and the potential for a housing rebound in the coming quarters. We will also see how local data compare to national trends.
Former Denver Bronco, Reggie Rivers will start us out by sharing how important resiliency and positive attitude are in these uncertain times. We will finish out the day with a panel of local experts who will share their experiences and the lessons they have learned.
