NoCo HBA is starting a Workforce Development Committee this year. We are partnering with NAHB, local HBAs and educators to address the housing industry?s labor shortages and to develop a skilled workforce for the future. This committee will address issues that have contributed to the labor shortages and misperceptions of the industry. Create and build relationships with the local school districts. Promote the many benefits of the residential construction industry while encouraging career opportunities through events and education?to students and parents.
